We are the project group behind the Home for Digitals, Digital for Homes campaign. How digital we are within De Mandemakers Groep is unwittingly a "best kept secret," but that makes recruiting for new talent difficult. As Veran explains: ‘’People simply think about kitchens when they think of our company, not about digitization projects’’.
Strategy
We needed to change that. Because we are surprisingly digital, our discipline is growing very quickly. The entire customer journey within De Mandemakers Groep is largely digitized and we have all that talent in-house in our Tech and Digital department. For example, ‘Klant Centraal’, the Assembly app, the Delivery app and more. We keep growing and optimizing.
The project group was created in collaboration with colleagues from the Tech & Digital department, HR advice, Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing. ‘’Together with advertising agency Scheepens we came up with Home for Digitals, Digital for Homes’’, Julia Kelder explains. With the aim of generating more awareness among ‘Digitals’ and enthusing them to come and work at our company.

The concept
With ‘Home for Digitals’, we want to radiate the warmth of a home, our family business, our values and culture, where IT professionals will also feel at home. With ‘Digital for Homes’, we translate the digitization of the customer journey, from sales to delivery and installation of that dream kitchen in one's home. This combination is also clearly reflected on this platform.
We will tell you all about what’s on our minds and what we’re working on. Because who can tell it better than our own digitals?
