Digital for homes - What we do at Team Tech & Digital
Our extensive team is the driving digital force behind the largest home furnishings retailer in the Netherlands, a huge organisation with an even bigger customer reach. Team Tech & Digital's work makes a significant difference and impact for our colleagues and customers. We take the entire customer journey to the next level. This includes:
- Working with tools like Pegasystems, Outsystems, Informatica Software, Qlikview, Big Query, and Looker.
- A customer service application with integrated email, telephony, and real-time dashboards.
- Field service applications for transportation, kitchen installers and service technicians.
- A sales application to facilitate the best possible customer service and follow-up.
- Developing the customer portal, ‘Mijn Omgeving’ (My Environment), that gives customers more opportunities to take the reins and manage things themselves.
- Creating a comprehensive knowledge base with up-to-date information on customer service processes.
- Plus, we're on the cusp of some exciting initial developments in AI.
