Meet Davy, one of our Pega developers within Mandemakers Group's IT & Digital team. He has a passion for developing smart solutions and has currently been working with us for about three years. Davy started his developer career within the Customer Service team and is now active in a new team: Triage. In the following demo Davy shows how he developed the functionality of automatically recognizing relevant information in emails, specifically for the Triage team!

From AI to NLP: how we simplify service processes at De Mandemakers Groep

At De Mandemakers Groep, we operate within a multi-framework architecture, allowing seamless integration across various applications. In his demo, Davy demonstrates how the triage functionality organizes customer emails into a single thread instead of separate cases. He also shows how AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) help to recognize entities such as case IDs, order numbers, dates, and phone numbers. These details can easily be assigned to fields within a service case, greatly simplifying the work for customer service representatives. Finally, Davy shares what he appreciates about working at De Mandemakers Groep: the versatility and the informal, direct work culture.
